Window Box recipe
First day of spring break. We are staying in town this week because we have family coming in town (woo hoo, it is so great because I always get so much organized when that happens)

Me and the girls took a trip to IKEA. Jeff and I always go when Annie Kate is in school and since we refuse to go on a weekend, I thought it would be a fun thing to do. It is like an amusement park for kids. It was crazy but I discovered a few finds.
You can buy the mini kids silver spoons. 6 for like $3.00. I love these things. They came in the kitchen set we bought there awhile back. I am not a fan of plastic kids spoon. These repackaged would be darling as a baby gift.
Our Easter week began with full force on Sunday. One of the things I wanted to do was take the girls to the Temple during the week. As it is closed on Monday's we were the only car in the lot. It was quiet and as always beautiful.
Around the corner from the temple is a great gardening shop, which i am sure is so overpriced. But Monday's everything is 20% off. so me and the girls got a wagon and did some plant shopping. Caroline was determined to pull the wagon to the back of the car at the top of the hill... and she did. Here are my ingredients that I bought.
Hedera Ivy - it has a little yellow on it that I liked
Dracaena Spikes
Bridal Showers - sutera cordata - white flower
Red Petunia's - Easy Wave, these seem to spread better
Golden Anniversary - lamium maculatum - lime green and yellow
a small purple pansy like flower i got at sam's club last week
Verbena - purple
We shall see how they grow. I had lots of helpers when I planted them, so I hope the little plants survived the transplant!
