I can't believe it I did it~
This morning at 4:45 am when my alarm went off, I thought no way am I going. I have been sick all weekend and I have a great excuse. Then I thought about writing just hours before about wanting to be at the Gym at 5:00 and much better I would feel if I had actually said I did it. So I jumped out of bed, got on my clothes and was there as they opened.
A great hour and half work followed while I watched bits of Mama Mia, my Baltimore Marathon movie that I made and listened to the 2008 Olympic soundtrack (sad news about Michael Phelps, poor guy).
wow. I can't believe I did it. These late mornings for Jeff will hopefully be early mornings for me.
you. are. crazy.
ReplyDeletebut I'm super impressed. :)
man- that is early!
ReplyDeleteI don't know... I just don't have it in me- You are one non- lazy gal :)
I was inconsistent last year but since the new year I get up at 4:40to get to the gym at 5:00 when it opens. Many mornings when the alarm goes off I have a battle in my head and usually what gets me out is that I always feel better on the days that I go.
ReplyDeletegood for you kristi, i'm impressed!
ReplyDeleteI am SO impressed. 4:45 is too early for me, and I am usually up by 6! Go Kristi go!

ReplyDeleteI would be napping by 9 am!
Darn than Micheal Phelps too...I hope he learned his lesson.
Good job! I need to do the same thing on Wednesdays when Dave doesn't have to be to work until 8. Maybe I will take a class or something so I HAVE to get up!
ReplyDeleteWow! I don't think I could ever do 4:45. You rock!
ReplyDeleteyou go girl!
ReplyDeleteUrgh...that hurts my head looking at that clock and reading your post! :-D
ReplyDeleteOur last vicar was a great believer in early rising. I envied him the ability to be up and about before 6am. Long may your early mornings reign!
You're amazing! Getting up in the dark hours of morning is a huge stumbling block for me, I would have come up with an excuse not to go for sure.
