I grew up on Chili Relleno's. I love them. They could be my favorite Mexican dish (next to my mom's Tostadas Compuestas she makes on Christmas eve-seriously there is no better)
Anytime I go to a new Mexican restaurant I usually order the Chili Relleno's to see if I can find ones better than the ones I grew up on. I never do.
But then on my recent (amazing, awesome) trip to Seattle I just may have found my new favorite!
It was not deep fried and was stuffed with fresh shredded white meat chicken. Ohh la la. It was tasty.
and even though I sassed at my sister in law to not take this photo of me, I am so glad she did because it is a memory of my new favorite resturant in Seattle.
