when jeff and i had our first email address it was fishwithus@aol.com. Jeff and I used to go fly fishing a lot when we first got married.
My dad goes fly fishing more than anyone I know. what was funny was when I talked to him last week I asked him how work was going and he told me how many fish he caught that week. and then I said, "no your other work" He loves to fish. I found this photo of my dad and just wanted to post it because it is so cute of him fishing in New Mexico.

He sounds like my dad. Adam has also become quite a little fisherman. It is so fun to have that cool photo of your dad.
I have the best memory of your dad reciting the Proclamation on the Family by memory at the luncheon after AK's baby blessing at the Johnson's. I always think of him when we have a lesson on the Proclamation and its been a goal of mine ever since then to memorize the whole thing like he did.

I love that you used to fly fish! I know few other women that have. Sadly, it is turning into a "used to" hobby of mine as well since being a mom. Great picture!

this is new information! I had no idea you used to fly fish. I've never done any kind of fishing.
You ARE a nice wife! Jeremy and his family went fishing on a camping trip soon after we were married. I just could't do it. I freaked out every time a fish bit. Plus I couldn't get the hang of fly fishing at all--which is the only acceptable way to fish for Jeremy.
