goOd DeAls!
I love Gymboree! What I love about gymboree.
  • sales
  • colors
  • quality
  • all my three girls can wear the same outfit
  • their knit is so soft
  • their jammies
What I don't live about Gymboree.
  • their prices!!! $30 for a pair of shorts for a three year old! are you kidding me!
So, for me to shop Gymboree I have to be on the total hunt for a good deal. I will only shop there if something is on sale, and earn gymbucks and have an extra coupon. I have bought Annie Kate back to school clothes last fall at no more than $6.00 a piece and some $3.00. But i must say there is an art to shopping at that store, which at times gets me exhausted because i don't have the funds to just walk in and buy stuff.
so here are my Gymboree tips.
There is this website called Gymbohaven. (try not to get turned off of the look of the site) It is a girl Amy who manages the site and tells you all the deals. If you are a gymboree shopper you will want to subscribe to her emails, they are a huge help.
Holiday weekends are a great time to shop because there is usually an extra 20% of all sales and coupons. I usually buy stuff the weekend before and then go back and get a price adjustment, so i dont' have to fight crowds and i know they will have the size I need.
I have bought gymboree on ebay and buy it at consignment stores. Our goodwill is filled with it. I got Annie Kate this awesome rain jacket for $2.49 recently.
Anyway this weekend is friends and family discount. Click here to print out this and take it into the stores. or you can use this code online. GYMFRIEND.
Happy Shopping.

I'd never heard of that woman's website. I will have to check it out because, like you, I love Gymboree, but I am far too cheap to buy a think in there that hasn't been drastically marked down.

I haven't shopped there for years. I got a tons of stuff there on clearance when Whitney was a baby, and it's fun now to see Eva wearing all those cute clothes.

Thanks for the tip on the website, I'm going to check it out. I am a tried and true shopper of Gymboree. My boys have made me a convert. Twice a year, at the beginning of spring then fall, I go and buy four tops and three bottems that you can mix'n match. They are made so well that they can withstand the rough play and I can wash them over and over again and they still look great. I put a little more money up front but in the end I save because I don't need to buy anything else. And I'm a cheapie too, I NEVER buy things full price.

I can't believe your Goodwill is full of Gymboree! Amazing. I like Gymboree a lot but it's so expensive. I should start looking for the sales.

Kristi, what are you doing to me! I swear you are going to be my downfall. Gymboree is so stinkin' cute. It's hard to resist and wait to buy stuff on sale, but at the same time it's hard to buy stuff at full price when you know it's going to be ridiculously marked down in a few months! What I love about shopping Gymboree's sales is that they always have great stuff left over. It's not like shopping mark downs at Baby Gap where everything's so picked over that it's not really worth the time or energy to attempt to find anything really great. Thanks for the heads up. I just washed the clothes I've bought for the baby so far and have found that I'm seriously lacking!
