What a sweet picture (I love their orange hats), and I love it that you recognized and documented this moment of gratitude. My dad never walked me to school (or the bus stop for that matter) once during my entire childhood.
I love that there is no snow on the ground for you guys yet. Last night before bed Landry peaked out to check the progress of our evening snow flurries and shouted, "Winter came early!" I love that Jeff had a chance to be home with your family today. This is Mike's busiest season with Election Day next week so he basically only sleeps here a few hours a night. I sympathize with your constant schedule of dad-lessness!
