Cranberry wreath.
One of the best gifts my friend paige gave me was teaching me how to make this cranberry wreath. I have made it now every year since she taught me, to hang on my front door. While my parents were here my mom and dad helped me sort cranberries and do the gluing. This year I sprayed it with a clear coating to hopefully keep the squirrels away.
I may have to do an holiday after photo to see how it survived the squirrels this year who ate our pumpkins and Indian corn from Halloween...
instructions...
Buy a styrofoam wreath, wrap in black garbage bag and start hot glueing the cranberries with the picked side (the side where the stem comes from) down. Gue on inside, outside and top but not on the back. Have fun

What an absolutely gorgeous wreath! It looks like a ton of work, but it is so festive. I hope the squirrels leave it alone!

That's a beautiful wreath, but wow I didn't realize you had to make a new one every year. (I guess that's a duh-statement if you're using real cranberries.)

It is gorgeous! It looks really heavy too. I hope those pesky squirrels leave it alone.

So cute!!! I usually just admire your projects from an onlooker standpoint, but I may have to actually attempt this one, I love it so much!

I have a question about this beautiful wreath - do the cranberries stay nice and shrivel up? Does one have to live in frozen country for this to work?

That wreath is absolutely gorgeous. I could do the cranberries, but it's the monogrammed ribbon (fabric?) that really makes it!
