This is truly the best month of the year for good mail. I love getting Christmas cards. After getting out of bed yesterday at 5:00 pm I was rushing for the mailbox. Jeff had already got the mail but left the 5 Christmas cards unopened, knowing it is one of my favorite things to do. I started a gallery of all of our Christmas cards, but need to label them and organize them.
I got this great Christmas CD from Anne. It is awesome and has such a great variety even Sting on there. Thanks so much Anne!
Jill sent me this ornament and wonderful red and green card. She sent these to her blogging friends for Christmas. It is so very festive with her labels and such and a considerate and thoughtful note.
Jeff sent off 6 packages yesterday, I only have 3 more to go and I will be done with large bulk Christmas items to be sent, just a few small things and then... Christmas Cards... Yikes!and can I just say I am a little disappointed in my stamp selection this year. I have been on the hunt for a previous 37 cent stamp I wanted to use for my cards... freaky me I like to match my stamps to the card (totally embarassing to admit) but can't find it any more, I think at this point need to worry more about the cards then the stamps.

Anne sent me a Christmas cd too and I was quite taken with the cool card and envelope, and the pretty color of the cd sleeve. She must not shop at Walmart. Ha.
I can't believe you got the ornament I sent so fast, I think I mailed it Friday.
I love getting cards too! In fact, the year we went home for christmas I was almost sad because I wouldn't be able to get my mail everyday.
Does this mean your feeling better? I hope so.
Both Milo and I like cards, we divvy them up when we get lots in the mail. So far this year it has been pretty wimpy only 4-5. I know it's still early so I'm hoping everyone else is down to the wire like me!
I LOVE The card and ornament that jill sent you....her labels are SOOO cute...and festive. I just love the green ink too! and the font...OH!!! I am having INK/FONT envy! hey I am the same way with stamps...I LOVE TO GO AND BUY STAMPS at the post office, it gives me such a high and i love to have a cute collection of them! was kind of sad with this year stamps...nothing really fancy me! So I used a bit of the 37's and still debating whether i like those 2 cent ones or not!
Wow, you seriously have some super cute ideas! I have been trying to find a site/blog online that could help me get cute decorating ideas and actually show me how to make them, besides Martha of course. This is seriously exactly what I'm looking for. I hope you don't mind if I borrow. I also really love the Visiting Teaching Ideas! Very nice!
