Let me introduce you...
to my sidebar.

I have wanted to introduce you to people on my sidbar and tell you a little more about them for some time. I love doing little posts of "don't miss this" and link you to some great things I have found. So I hope to pick a few a month to tell you a little more about so you won't miss reading some great things and meeting some wonderful women. How could I not start with Jill. She is one of the best writers I know and has got this "blogging party" started. She has a great post on comments that was written today that you don't want to miss. She asks the best questions at the end of each post, it could be considered one of her trademarks. She is who started "Good Mail"
Next is my cousin Elisa. She wrote the most wonderful post about my Grandma. She makes handmade soap that is wonderful and you can order it from her directly. She has a little girl with the middle name of Love (how cute is that) and is expecting a boy. Michelle was my roommate in the dorms at BYU and amazing. She is quite talented and I would describe her as "romantic". That may sound weird but everything she does just flows and is beautiful. Her 100 list is awesome and worth taking a glance at if you have not seen her blog before.

Business in a cottag
e.
I used to have my own cottage business and so I love seeing and endorsing a great business. Here are two.
Dana has a business called "Charmed Designs" This is the bracelet she made for me this Christmas. It has a pink snowman and Christmas tree patterned after the Pink Christmas logo. It will forever remind me of the 2006 Pink Christmas Girlfriend Give and Get. She was so great and was patient with my picky, picky taste. I also had her add the heart in hand silver charm (not in this photo) that Crystalyn had sent me. It is so me because the clasp I sent her that I had found on a bracelet that I got at a garage sale. I had bought a girls drawer of jewelry for $1.00 for my girls to play with. It was all junk but a few things, one being a ring with real but small diamonds. I took it back to her but she didn't want it. it.

the other business is Kacey with Doodlebugs paper. She is a true southern gal and I love that about her. She has her 100 list up and is having a birthday next week.

if you have a great cottage business I should know about let me know!
And the last on my list, is going to be new on my sidebar on Monday. Girls get ready for the new best blog ever!!! I told her she had until Monday until I reveal her address, but for those that know her may recognize her photo taken by her in house photographer who also happens to be her 4 year old daughter. She is amazing and makes me look like I have no creativity. This photo is one of her projects that you will see on her blog. Check back Monday for the big reveal...

A few websites you may want to know about too.
Do you see my pink checkered square. (look at the top) Yes it is very small but there. You can put any design, photo or graphic next to your blog name here at this website. You will have to log in but it is free.

Also you may like knowing about Radioblogclub. You can add songs to your sidebar for people to listen to. I have not had the time to do it, but it is really great too.

Kristi, being on your blog is like driving down the freeway and seeing yourself on a billboard. It's a WOW feeling (like when I saw Elder Uchtdorf at Costco...actually I have seen him 3 times, I LOVE our Costco great samples and General Authorities).

Love your blog, I am so glad you take the time to document things. I get so much inspiration from you. Thanks!

I love it when you spotlight different people's blogs, but it always gives me a jolt when I click to your blog and see something about me on there. I can't wait until Monday for the big reveal of the new blogger, I can tell I'll be a big fan already.

I forgot to add that I love it that you share all your new discoveries, (like the navigation bar icon) so that we can all share in the joy rather than just be jealous of all your fun stuff. Thanks!

I have to agree with Elisa -- I feel like a celebrity now! And like Jill I love love love that you share all of your ideas. Otherwise I would be consumed with envy!

I can't wait to see who the new blogger is... can't really tell from the photo but I'm hoping it's Emily!

Now this is was a fun surprise for me this morning!

I love that could create something beautiful for you and your mom and hope to make many more things for you.

Spotlighting people sure makes them feel special. I know I do! :)

I have already taken a peek a the "new mystery blogger" and I can tell we are in for a treat!

Thanks for taking us through your sidebar. I always wonder where you find all these interesting people. Can't wait to see who the new blogger is.

I love how unique a favicon makes a website. I've had one for a while and suppose I should have shared that website, but never thought anyone would be interested. I feel like a jerk.

What a great post, loaded with tons of great info. I can't wait to look into the "cottages". I have often wanted to start my own business but I have lacked the know how and/or the follow through.

I'm looking forward to Monday.

I'm so behind the times. I just signed up at myfavatar and tried to get my selected image to post but i can't figure it out. It's not very user friendly, at least to those as computer illiterate as me. Oh well@@
