it is a miracle.

I am back on blogging track. It is Thursday and I am writing about Thursday. Shocker. I have faked my blog posts for almost a week now and have been days behind. YEA for not giving up and finishing blogging what I wanted to.Jeff's boots and his three girls feet

Today Jeff came home in his military uniform, we don't often get a chance to see him in it(i won't say why) I had to take some photos as he will probably only be wearing it for two more years and I fear this time will pass and I won't have any photos to remember this time.
When he came home Sally Jane said, "Dad are those your own boots?" they look so huge and i don't know if she has ever seen him wear them.

i have made two excellent dinners this week if I do say so myself. Salmon with salsa Verde and this awesome potato casserole. Then tonight egg rolls - yum.

but the exciting news is my awesome, amazing awesome Goodwill find on Tuesday. We are setting it up and I will get some photos soon. my hint is that it is the largest used item I have ever purchased that is not a car. i paid $15.00. any guesses?

The suspense is killing me! A swingset? Whatever it is, I'm sure I'm going to be dying over the price. You rock the thrifting.

An Armoire?

We will be in your neck of the woods July 16 for a Full Military Funeral. My FIL passed away last Friday. I can't imagine how beautiful the ceremony will be in Arlington.

Next time we come to DC I am hitching a trailer to our van and following you to your thrift store. I believe it's the best one in the country.

I am so jelous of your good will finds. It is almost tempting to fly out just to go shopping with you! I bet it is some kind of fabulous bedroom set or something crazy like that. It will be something we will all go crazy for and won't believe you only spent 15! So fun!!!
