jail bird.

June 2007-vintage pink
Thursday night Annie kate got sent to her room to take some serious alone time! After 15 minutes I walk in there and find that she has made a escape route tying her clothes together to escape.
Of course I thought it was creative and wondered if she thought this would be cute on mom's blog, but I was so mad and scared for her safety at the same time. But I could not miss this photo moment. Here is one of her looking out the window.

I had forgotten about this, but think it's so funny. This seems like the sort of thing that happens in the movies, not in real life. I love that you took pictures of it.

she will never, ever be able to forget that...she will be reminded of it frequently I'm sure!

That is hilarious. I thought about doing that a few times because it's what Anne did in Anne of Avonlea but I never followed through.

this is awesome! I always wanted to do that but feared the wrath of my parents too much!

No way! How did I not remember this post??

I'm with Jill -- that is a movie moment -- so funny that it happened in real life.
