Every year when I write about Easter someone will ask me where I got my metal Easter Baskets for the girls. I always have to say that I got them at Target for like $2.99 on clearance 5 years ago. I then feel bad because I wish everyone could have these white metal baskets for Easter. Today I saw that Target has some new ones that are darling.
They are by the Easter Section with the home decor. They are $14.99 (ouch if you have to buy more than one or two), but I feel confident they will at least go to $9.99 before the holiday. They are a darling rounded chicken wire with a scalloped top.
What I love about having a metal basket is that it is indestructible, I don't have to buy new ones every year and I use them all year long for decorating, storage and different holidays. I have a monogrammed tag that I can take off during the year so I can use it for other things. Knowing what I know now I would pay $14.99 for three metal baskets that would be used for Easter for a child's entire life - but can be a tough bill to swallow at the time.
So to anyone in the past that had emailed me about wire baskets for Easter I hope this helps!

Those baskets are totally cute! Definitely to be used year round. You smartie!
You're so good to pass on your tips and experience.
Ohhh I'm glad you brought these up~Do you happen to remember where you got your monogram design?
Oh these are soo cute! I wish I could buy them, but we aren't even going to be here for Easter. I can't imagine trying to put those in my luggage to San Diego! Not gonna happen! Maybe they will still have some on clearance when I get back a week later??
Cute! I love the scalloped edges. We re-use the same baskets year after year, it adds to the fun. (Ours are also from Target.)
Could that tag be any cuter? I think not! Thanks for the tips!
