SPT - a photo featuring the number 8

I found myself at goodwill again today and you are not going to believe what was still there... these guys, it pains me.
I again resisted from buying them but I did buy this! It is the most beautiful charcoal sketch of a girl, but the wooden frame is to die for! It is chunky and oval and only $3.00. Can't wait to put AK's silhouette in there.
So where is my number 8 - The writing below the sketch is
B. Brown, 9-68

That frame is quite the score!

You're a rockstar! and my kindred spirit! Not alot of people "get" the Goodwill experience! I am one of the only one of my friends who thinks it's cool to thrift shop and find unique treasures...
We lived in NYC for many years and it was tradition to go out for a walk on trash night on certain streets to see what people were tossing away! It's much cheaper there to just throw things out and start fresh than pay for a moving van...

Love the sillouhette! (even though replacing it with you're own child's makes more sense). Those are very "in" now!

I have been looking everywhere for oval frames. You scored a great one.

Love, love, love your new hair!

Clever! I love the frame. Circles and ovals can be hard to find.

Oh wow!! This is love at first sight for me!! You are so cute and a great blogger!

AND...I just moved from Virginia where we had MANY trips to D.C.!! Our family loved our trips to the Mall. And they always ended just like yours, with sleeping children in the car. I LOVE those moments!
