neW baBy!
Congratulations to my dad for giving birth two days ago to this wonderful (yes actual photo) kidney stone!
My brother Spencer took this photo for all the family to share in the event. Dad I am so sorry and hope you are feeling better. Is is not so amazing how something so small can cause such pain... and no please don't use that for a tak in church.
I had a kidney stone a few years ago. Truly worse than birth. Get better soon!! {I guess us Buchanan's love taking photos of yucky stuff, I promise this will be my last gross photo}

so my video that you can watch at the bottom of my blog... you have to scroll waaaaay down. I put it on in honor of us going to see Ryan Shupe and the Rubberbands tonight at the Wildhorse Saloon, but my teeth are still killing me I think we will be sporting it at home. The show didn't start until 10:00 pm. who knows maybe i will get a second wind in the next 6 hours.
Anyway watch the video it is one of my favorites!!

I'm sorry your mouth still hurts, Kristi. When we talked the other day, I forgot to ask you about your dental surgery. Get some good drugs from your live-in doctor and go to Ryan Shupe. I saw Jason Deere on a show about American Idol yesterday on the Reality channel. Dad and I both recognized him playing his guitar for Carmen Rasmussen. You know us, we went crazy over him.!!

kbc,
I am so sorry your teeth are still bothering you, well the places your teeth used to be, I guess, right? I love Ryan Shupe! When I was in student Govt. at SUU I booked him for "SUU Unplugged" for something like 300 bucks, and after the show got to take him out for Mexican at Boomers on Mainstreet... I am sure he gets way more for a gig now, and a way better entourage!

Your poor mouth. I've been listening and watching the video of Ryan. I love him and his music. He has nice vocals and good harmonization. Is he a local artist or am I just behind? I'll have to see if I can find him on amazon or best buy, hope you have a great time tonight

Kristi, I am Jenny's friend& neighbor. My husband is one year ahead of Doug in Ortho residency. I have loved checking out your blog the last few days. I wanted to comment about the Ryan Shupe video. I love the song and kept wandering who was singing such a great song each time I would view your blog. Is he a new singer? And does he have more songs/cd that I can find? Thanks for sharing everything pink! I am a mommy to 3 girls, too.

The kidney stone is nowhere near as gross as your wisdom teeth were. I hope your dad is feeling better.

I don't know Ryan Shupe at all, I'll have to check him out.

Oh, your poor dad. I had a kidney stone last year. It wasn't worse than my births, but it was right up there. Awful.
