liquid gold!Today I got a box from my sister in law, Rachel. It contained the most incredible gift. Mexican Vanilla. They live in Arizona. I don't know if I have ever told her how much I love Mexican Vanilla, but it was such a welcomed surprise. If you have never smelled it, it is awesome. My mom used it all the time growing up. Choc. Chip cookies taste so much better with it.

Randy's mom gave us a bottle of it when we first got married and I loved it. It's long gone by now, but I hark back fondly every now and again. How nice of your sister-in-law to send you some good mail.
I love mexican vanilla too. I am never without it. There are many mexican stores here that sell it, so you don't actually have to travel to Mexico to get it. Last time I bought a gallon and not just fill my bottle from that. Heaven.
I love mexican vanilla, I just ran out my bottle runneth dry, sad, I must go and find a little mexican market and buy more, I usually buy it by the 1/2 gallon and I double the amount that any recipe calls for, YUM!
