My friend Mindy is Primary President at church. She is over all the teachers who teach the young children. She was trying to think of something to give her teachers for Christmas. The above photo is something that was given to me for my birthday when I was lucky enough to teach the best primary class ever. It is a set of laminated cards with comments from each child saying what they remember or like about me. I will treasure it always and was the best gift I was ever given. My friend Laura G. was the president at the time they interviewed the kids and I would be interested how she asked the questions because I am sure that made a big difference. (Laura if you read this let us know)
This would be a great idea if you put the list on a laminated book mark big enough for the lesson manual, or small for a book. You could even do something like this for grandparents interviewing your kids about what they think of their grandparents or for a teacher at school.
If you come up with any other great ideas, let me know! And thanks Mindy for sparking my memory about this.

I think this is such a great idea. As a primary teacher I would love to get something like this.
The trick is to not ask yes or no questions..... we asked off the wall questions like, "What does your teacher do that is funny?" "Whats the best lesson she ever gave?" etc... Although I asked the questions it was Jordan's idea to make a darling book out of them. Kristi, you were such an easy one to get tons of great original answers from the kids because you were such a creative teacher. Laura
