it ended great

So, one of my favorite holiday's comes to an end. I have always loved St. Patrick's day and kids just make it that much more fun.

We had dinner tonight with our neighbors and brought over the Leprechauns Rainbow cake and a pot of jello gold and they cooked the rest.

It was a great Green day!

Looks like an incredible fun filled day! Thanx for the cute poem. I didn't even wear green today -I hosted a (girl)baby shower today & wore all pink!! I can't believe you have an ice storm & it was 95* here today! ;)

I loved reading all of things you did today! You guys are such a fun family! I can't wait until Ryley gets old enough to enjoy the holidays.

What a fun day. I love doing all the holidays with the kids. We had our scavenger hunt with all the kids and that was fun. The poem was a cute suprise. I will have to share it with my mom. She loves that kind of stuff. She used your other poem to give with her goodies to her VT ladies. Thanks for the great ideas.

That cake is very cute. I'll have to remember the rainbow idea for Whitney's birthday, she'd love that.

I love the cake! And, AK is the picture of St. Patricks Day -- I love it! I am still giggling about her thinking the leprechaun was bleeding. So funny!

Sweet picture. It reminds me of the cake I made for bella last year for her birthday and that I need to come up with a cake idea quick as it is Saturday. Yikes.

Glad you had a good SPD!

What Fun! I tried your green toilet water idea (I think that was yours) and Griffin wanted to know why leprechauns pee-pee comes out green?! Isn't that funny, his take on it? I wasn't thinking of green pee when I dropped the food coloring in the potty, just that it was more fun green for St Patrick's day. Boys!
Love the cake!

St. Patrick's Day is the perfect holiday if you can do so much fun stuff and blog about it 3 times, was it? I enjoyed the play by play of your fun day.

You are such a fun mom! What fun activities and the cake is so cute. I will have to do that one time. My kids would love it. It is fun to watch how much the kids enjoy holidays/seasons...especially when we make them fun. You win the prize for St. Patrick's in my book. You always have such great ideas!

Great ideas! I made a link from my site to yours on my most recent blog reciting your idea of the green footprints in the snow - what a cute idea. I had never thought about the whole leprechaun thing until my sis told me about her tradition. I posted what we did on my site! The girls picture at krispy Kreme is really cute!
