My 100 list
#21 - I currently bite my fingers nails and I hope this is not on my list next year. It is a horrible habit
Look what writing 100 things about me did. I decided that day to not bite my nails. And I have not since January.

woo HOO! another bad habit *bites* the dust!!
congrats to you. It's amazing what our minds can do.
Congrats!
lelly, that would have been the best title.
As a fellow former nail biter I heartliy congradulate you! Trust me when I say I KNOW how hard that habit is to break. Way to go. And I love the photo. (Another great marketing idea!
Wow - congratulations! I'm guessing it's something you had been doing for a long time, so to just decide to stop -- and then do it! -- is pretty fantastic!
i have done it for 36 years
Hey Kristi,
I never told you but when you decided to stop biting your nails, I made the same decision. My husband is still in shock but I have not bitten them since Feb. Woo Hoo!! So, thanks for the inspiration. Are yours weak and flimsy like mine? I still have to learn how to take care of them now!
That bag is genius! How funny! Congrats!
I used to bite my nails all of the time, but got braces two years ago and haven't been able to bite them since. I'm hoping once my braces come off this summer, I won't go back to it.
Congrats!
Congratulations! Accomplishing ANY goal is impressive, but one as tough as this (since your nails are with you all the time) is especially great. Good job. How are you nails looking now??
great job! that must have been difficult!
burt's bees lemon cuticle and nail creme is awesome! it smells nice and makes your nails stronger...
so strange. the bag picture doesn't show up when i click to your blog from another, so i had no idea what she meant by "the bag is genius" until i clicked on the untitled from the comment page. how strange is that??
Congrats!!! That is great.
my nails are actually hard as a rock and white as snow. so they grow just like a french manicure. who knew i had this great skill of growing great nails.
i wonder what else i can do that i don't know about.
That's awesome.
I need to quit "trying" to stop bad habits and just decide to stop them. About a month ago I decided to start cutting way back on my sugar consumption. Then Easter came and I think I have have had more in the past few weeks then I normally eat all year.
I go up and down. I stop for weeks and then get stressed about something and start chewing them off. After this past week, they are gone!
Good for you!
Me TOO!! I'm really trying not to bite my nails and I have been doing so great. Now I want to get a French Manicure.
congrats kristi! i'm impressed that you have kicked that habit so early in the year.
What is even more impressive is that you can get 19 comments, now 20, for a short little post about nail biting. Woot!
That's fantastic, Kristi, well done! My sister has bitten her nails for years, so I can appreciate how difficult it must be to stop yourself.
The best bit about all this is your attitude: "I wonder what else I can do that I don't know about".
Absolutely! How exciting!
i love it.
Woohoo! Congratulations! Breaking a bad habit is seriously hard to do. Well, any change is hard. For me, anyway. I'm impressed.
