She Photographs on Tuesday

Challenge: show & tell one of your most treasured items. the catch is
(YES, there is a catch)... it must be smaller than a deck of cards!

The challenge did not say if the deck of cards had to be stacked, so here is my treasured items.

My Family.
(good thing Jeff was not home this afternoon or he would too
have had to lay down on my card background. thanks Jenny for the pink cards.)

Oh, that is just too cute, Kristi! Love the pink cards, and the fact that you spread them out, and that you didn't wash the girls' faces. You are really something else!

michelle, i was proud of myself for not washing their faces too!

Hilarious! What does AK think of these shenanigans? Have you explained SPT to her? Does she think we're all mad?

amanda.
she walked in the door from school, i said, "Annie Kate lay down and these cards and smile"
i took one photo and she got up and walked away, i think she is used to my craziness by now.

I LOVE your approach (and sneaky way around) this week's SPT! What adorable pictures! It's actually more life-like with the messy faces! I know I'm always trying to wipe my kids faces clean before taking photos...very cool!

I'm laughing about your comment about Annie Kate laying down on the cards b/c she's used to your creative ideas. So cute.

I wouldn't have expected anything less than clever from you, Kristi. Love the photos... especially Caroline. She so rarely looks into the camera and in that shot she is really hamming it up.

Leave it to you to get over the size limitations. They look so happy with their smeared faces.
