SPT
Challenge, just say Hello!

Hello my name is Kristi.

and today I have many other names.

  • queen of laundry I am on my 5th load as my Sally Jane has thrown up 5 times today
  • queen of running around cleaning the house because my brother is coming in town in a few hours and I have throw up house.
  • queen of good mail, I got 5 pieces out today - woo hoo!
  • queen of foot pain. Could not even attempt to run today, my feet have been sitting on beds of frozen beans for days (thanks to Anne) going over to see my friends husband tonight he is a ortho/foot guy!
  • queen of wishing I still lived in the 80's. I am wearing my hair like this all day to keep me in a good mood. don't you think I look like her.
  • queen of I need a nap, chatted until 4:30 am with a friend who I have not talked to in about a year. but totally worth it.
ok back to cleaning my house so my brother does not call social services when he gets here....

I did a google search,
"hello my name is" and clicked images.

found one and saved it to my computer, imported it to scrapbook factory deluxe, changed the color pink and then typed my name. wa la!!

4:30! So glad I didn't call back last night! ha-ha! Love the hair. Did it work?

cute and creative as always!

I hope Sally Jane feels better soon!

I'm glad the beans are working for you, although I would be even more glad if they sat in the freezer forever and didn't have to be pulled out for icing duties. I hope the foot guy can get your feet feeling better stat!

too funny- you are so superwoman! my word! reading what you're up to today exhausts me (as i sit in my cluttered mess!)

Clever, clever girl I love the name tag. Your side pony tail is cracking me up. It's so amusing that you wish you could live in the 80's. There were things I enjoyed, but I don't tend to hang on to those things now. I don't think I could get away with wearing a side ponytail.

You look just like the girl from Napoleon Dynamite. That's so funny. I was just thinking that when I saw you! Love it!

Kristi, your SPT's are the best! I love your list even though it involves a sick little girlie and lots of laundry. I hope you enjoy the time with your brother and SJ gets better soon (like now!)

Oh and you look JUST like Debbie with that pony tail, I LOVE it!

So sorry about your daughter being sick today. Why is it everything happens right before company or a trip? Once again though, reading your blog cheers me up as I wash laundry and pack for a trip tomorrow-- sometimes seems that laundry is my life. I bet you have a good system going. Hope she feels better soon!

I love it! You are SO that Napoleon Dynamite girl.

Too cute! You even look cute with a side ponytail! Sorry to hear about a sick SJ.

Oh, throw up is the WORST! So sorry.

Your SPT is awesome. I hope the hairdo brightened your day. It sure brightened mine.

Hilarious! The sign reminds me of those name labels you get embroidered onto shirts in fastfood restaurants - v.kitsch.

Hair is so funny - but YES it does really cheer you up! I hope it's making you feel better. Your list of things sounds hectic, and poor SJ must be exhausted too.

Is that sign hiding a smile or a grimace! Chin up, soldier on and all that!

You brought me back to my tween years with that hair! lol! My teen years were the "how high can we go period" hee hee

Good to meet all of you :)

I had a marathoner friend who I had to tend to once. Let me tell you, two days of frozen corn between the thighs wasn't fun -- for either of us.

It always amazes me how little kids can throw up so much in one day! Where does it all come from?

Ok, Kristi...I was actually born in 1979 but the 80's songs are mine and my husbands favorites! The hair was so funny. There is nothing comparable to sick kids. I am jealous you have family coming to visit. ENJOY your brother.
