This project was a hit in our house last year! Thanks for the great ideas (and the really cute calender book!).
These are so fun - we made them for our college-aged daughter and all of her roommates last year with black and purple tulle, lots of ribbon and of course goodies! Guaranteed to be a hit!
I love this idea! I am going to pick up everything I need tomorrow!
I am so thankful for these reminders. I saw this last year but never would have remembered that I wanted to do that.
I think my kids would love this. I'm confused on the how the tulle is before the candy is in~is it just a long length then when you put the candy you wrap the tulle around the candy then tie it off with a ribbon?
autumn, yes, you fold it so it is a couple of layers thick and the wrap the candy into it. if you look at the photos on my smugmug it gives a better idea of how to do it.
good luck, they are fun to make.
Such a fun idea- thanks for sharing. I hope you guys are all feeling better.
I picked up some of the stuff to get started on this I need to get the tulle and candy. I'm going to get this done this weekend.
Countdowns are always fun. Erin asked me how long til Christmas on Friday, and I might just get our countdown Santa out for her as you can set it for 99 days and I think we're just under that by now.
Eeek, did I panic anyone by just saying that??
Love the use of purple in these Hallowe'en colours.
Great idea! I'm never that together to put something like this together for the first! I like how you suggested starting on the 9th!
I love all your ideas!! the photos are great!
