Looks like such an amazing and fabulous trip. I love those huge suckers from the candy store. Where do you get your kids clothes? They are always dressed so cute!
staci.
that is nice of you to say.
i am a huge sale shopper so if it is on sale it catches my eye.
i am a big fan of most things on sale from gymboree, olive juice and the gap - but my kids best clothes have come from handmedowns and the Goodwill.
I'm not surprised you guys managed to do so many fantastic things on your trip. Your pictures look great! I'm glad you had such a good time!
welcome back! no stroller?! so brave! i love nyc, so i'm excited to hear your take!
Wow! What an awesome trip.
As one of four girls, I know all too well what dads will do for their girls. That was a great part of the movie!
We're heading to NYC in a few weeks and taking some pointers from your list. Dylan's Candy Bar is one of my favorite destinations!
WOW!! Loved the video! The kid's clothes are adorable and I love AK green dress.
Looks like a great time. NYC is one of my all time favorite places I have been and I can't wait until I get to go back!
Sounds like a great trip - you guys did more than we've done in the 3 years we've been here! 'Wicked' and 'Mary Poppins' are two of my favorite shows on Broadway!! I'm so glad you got both of them in.
I wouldn't feel badly about not making it to the top of the Empire State Building - instead of that you have to go to "The Top of the Rock" - The Rockefeller Center. The view is amazing and the trip up the elevator is memorable!
sounds so perfect! and the american girl sore . . . i am terribly jealous! glad you all had a great time!
What a fab trip!! Look at all the fun you guys had!!! Can't wait to take my daughter to the American Girl Store and the Hello Kitty store too!
3 broadway plays too! That is awesome!
Kristi - please, please tell me how you got your video uploaded. I have been trying for a week now to upload a video and I can't get it to load. It's less than 5 minutes is an AVI file and seems to fit within the 100mb max. Did it take days? Anyway, great that you had such a great time! Was the American girl store as cute as it looked on TV?
What a great recap--NY in 16 minutes or less! It's an incredible city, isn't it?
Welcome home.
how fun! I was surprised never to see a stroller.. you are brave!
you all looked so happy! It is amazing all the fun things you squeezed into that time!
Thanks for the fantastic trip to NY! I can't believe all that you are able to fit in while only being there a short time! So fantastic to expose your littles to such wonders! You must take a gazillion photos everywhere you go. THAT inspires me so much! - Did Annie Kate just love, love, love Wicked? What a great surprise? Everyone looks so happy and wonderful! Please adopt me before your next trip! :-)
What a fabulous vacation! I love the photos from the American Girl store. You look great and Jeff holding the bag is too funny. Now I want to visit there even more!
Walking the Brooklyn Bridge to Grimaldi's is one of my top things to do in NYC. I'm glad you waited in that line! It sounds like you had a GREAT trip.
I am so glad your family is at the point if having time to go on family trips!!!
What a great slide show! Looks like y'all had a blast!
NYC is one of my favorite cities!
I'm glad you had a fun trip-- did you catch the fireworks on the 4th? They were pretty good this year (despite the pretty awful weather all weekend).
I LOVE New York. You did a lot!!
How much fun! I love NYC. I love "Wicked," I love "Little Mermaid" (I saw that last summer when it opened in Denver), and I love it that you went to Serendipity. What a fun Fourth!
Kristi-
We are debating taking the kids to Disneyland or NYC for family vacation.
Where did you guys stay while you were there?
Dana
I am glad that you guys had so much fun, I would love to go to NYC!!
Looks like you had a fun FUN time in the Big Apple.
I just love NYC!!! Reading all that you did made me want to go back. I hope to sometime soon. Did you find a good hotel to stay at?
DANG! pretty cool.
That would be so awesome! Wish we had money to go there! We're saving for Disneyland right now. Glad you had a great time!
i'm so jealous! i need a new york weekend in a BAD way! of course, i would just be happy with an afternoon out of the house~ can't wait to see your photos!
We took our oldest who is 6 to NYC that weekend also. It was the first time for all three of us.
We also saw the Statue of Liberty of the 4th (it was magical) and then hit a Yankees game after.
Also hit the American Girl store (for our 2 year old at home). I was so excited they would let be buy just one bitty twin (for Christmas) . Your pictures almost made me cry and I, too, was in heaven in Hello Kitty.
Loved Toys R Us in Time Square, and FAO Schwartz as well.
We TOTALLY missed the "Gum Gum" statue in the museum. How did that happen? We were also disappointed there was no Sacajawea statue. I think they should add one to the museum.
We saw Lion King. Tried to get Mary Poppins tickets at last minute ticket sales a few times, but couldn't. It looks like it was great.
The fireflies in Central Park were the first sighting for my little guy (since we live in Utah). That seriously was one of my highlights of the trip.
By the end of our four days Hayden could tell us that we "needed to take the 6 local to Times Square and then Broadway back to our hotel". The subway was one of his favorite things.
I'm going to have to look up a few of your songs when I begin putting together my yearly Christmas Video. You sure have some great ones.
It was great to re-live the trip through some of your pictures. If I would have seen you on the street I totally would have recognized you. Thanks for sharing.
what a fantastic time you had with your family. Wow..you are my kind of girl! Go for it, Hey I have an apple, i should do sometihng like you do...its all video right? Okay, Maybe i CAN GET some kind of act together!
