Waffle ConversationThis morning as I was getting stuff ready for Young Women's on the computer , the girls were in the kitchen eating waffles. On Sunday they get peanut butter on them so they are always in a good mood.
This week has been one full of conversations about buying a house, moving and making an offer on a house. Grown up decisions are crazy stressful.
Sally Jane and Caroline were talking about what they want when they move. They keep Jeff and I talking about , "When we move we will...."
Caroline said this morning, "When we move I have to decide what I want the most, a trampoline, a dog or a brother. I really want all three"
I better start prepping her for a trampoline because her other options are not going to happen!

That is so funny! In our last move, our girls asked for a trampoline. Probably because we already have a dog, and a brother is out of the question!!

Oh my goodness, Caroline's requests are funny. It cracks me up how kids seem to think we can just put in an order for a baby in the gender of our choice and it will happen.

I'm sure you'll have plenty of room for the trampoline in Colorado! By the way, which area did you choose? You found a house so quickly, I hope we're that lucky!
We spoke with some people today who live in Denver. They were dumbfounded that we would consider leaving California and go to a place where it snows. I told them my reasoning: 4.9 million people in the whole state of Colorado vs. 5 million people just in Los Angeles alone. Put it this way, they now understand and said we will LOVE Colorado, especially if we like to hike, bike ride, or ski. I don't know about you but I can't wait!

Funny how littles request for more babies - even when they are not so little. Just over Christmas our 19 yr old and 15 yr old were trying to convince us that we NEEDED another baby. Even two!! WHAT? :-)

Kids are the cutest! We have waffles every Sunday too but we put strawberry's and whipped cream on ours. YUM!! I've been eating waffles on Sundays my-whole-entire-life! The tradition lives on♥
