Freezer Jam

there is nothing easier than this.

4 cups of mashed strawberries. I like doing them by hand with a pastry cutter.
1 1/2 cups of sugar or Splenda
the above package of Freezer Jam fruit pectin. Found at any grocery store, wal-mart or k-mart

that is it! could it be any easier? Have fun jam making!

I am so making this- I didn't know you could use Splenda in freezer jam. Love all the pictures from your strawberry outing.

  2. Thank you for sharing. I am doing it! Who knew it was that easy? The pictures of the girls at the strawberry patch are simply adorable. Loved SJ's pigtails!

  3. We're a cooked jam family. My husband prefers it, but it is a bigger production.

  4. Thanks for the recipe, everyone keeps talking about freezer jam like everyone knows how to make it. I didn't, but now thanks to you I do!! :) We planted strawberries this year, but they aren't looking too good, I am not sure they are going to make it. For sure they won't make it to freezer jam, but I am sure I can find some others to jam up!!
