PreSidenTs DaY
Happy Presidents Day! I love this print of John F. Kennedy.

Today Annie Kate is home from school and I am sure she will be bored in about the next hour. I am getting about 30 items of clothing washed, ironed and tagged to get to a consignment sale by 6:00 pm. I am ready for a nap at 8:00 am, i was at the gym at 5:45 this morning. Talked to a realtor this morning about homes in D.C., trying to get our home on the market in the next week, Jeff is getting ready for his trip to D.C., he is speaking at a ENT conference this weekend along with a little house hunting and Jeff is on the last month of preparing for his boards in Chicago in April. His final test!
So i put this photo on today's post because Jeff and I will be assuming the above position regularly these next few weeks.
Have a great day celebrating the hardwork of our forefathers!
Don't worry this is actually one holiday in this house we don't go overboard on! Yet, talk to me next year i am sure i will have to come up with something living in D.C. Red white and blue dinner?

Great post Kristi, the photo is perfect. What's up with being at the gym at 5:45? Is this a new thing or what? Impressive, especially on a holiday where sleeping in usually prevails. I hope all goes well with the the consignment sale, the house hunting, the house selling, and Jeff's last test. Wow.

5:45?? Yikes. I detest getting up that early. Impressive that you're going to the gym, though. I really need to start exercising again. Good luck to Jeff. Selling a house (and buying one!) are huge jobs. Good luck to you too.

I miss the old Lincoln and Washington birthdy holidays on the 12th and 20th of February. Yes, they had their own holiday. I gress it more potically correct to include all of the presidents though. They weren't school holidys either. It was more of an arts and crafts day in grade school. Now you fun creative moms should be at the table with your kids making something cute. Or send them to me for the day. Oh that's right I live in other state.

I'm sorry that I can't either spell or write a complete sentence. This could curtail my comments, unless my proofreading skills pick up!
