Ribbon Mailing

I am giving up on my hunt for the tree I recently posted about. I have been knocking on the owners door to find out what the tree is, to properly award the winner.
After doing a little research I am still not sure of the correct answer for the tree so I will send the above ribbons to Kelly Brown who was the first to answer. (this is what I get for asking a question I don't know the answer to.)
