I hate dental work, but I hope you just suck it up and do it! I have those same things with friends and kids, but I am slowly getting over it. You can do it!!!

Yes you do need to get over that because I know you tend for friends all the time, I also know you put off appts like this until your teeth are falling out of your head.

You deserve to take care of your little pink self my friend!

ouch! It must be serious if that's how you'd choose to spend your extra hour! You'd better take care of yourself, Kristi.

Don't risk losing your tooth!! Take care of your pretty smile and see your dentist soon. I'm sure there are several friends close by that would gladly watch your kidlets for a bit.

i have the same problem - i dread asking someone to watch jack, and then i end up waiting too long to get it covered.

go get that tooth fixed, girl!

Take care of the tooth!! Ouch. But I totaly understand with asking to watch kids. I am totaly the same way. I don't mind at all helping out others but when it comes to asking it is a totaly different story. I am sure your friends would love to help you!!

As someone who only gets my hair cut once every 6 months, I can totally identify with this. I hate to impose on others.

The teeth you have are the only ones that God is giving you. Go to the dentist!! :)

For real? It seems like you have sweet friends who help out with the girls when you're sick, so why not for a couple hours while you're at the dentist? You gotta ask, and if you're uncomfortable about it then offer to exchange child care with them and watch their kids.

Isn't this just what Visiting Teaching is for? I despise going to the dentist so I feel your pain...but go before it gets worse!

I'm a bit like you with the babysitting thing. We never do it. I can ask my mum to have one or both for an hour or so, but otherwise we never leave them. You'd really have to just bite the bullet (if you'll pardon the pun) and ask someone, purely to get your tooth sorted. Are you in pain?? You'll rest much easier once you know it's sorted out.

Bit disappointed you couldn't angle your camera into the depths of your jaw to get an SPT shot of the gnarly tooth! Just kidding!
